I have been using Unite for the past 3 months. It has taken a little getting used to, but there are features that have definitely enhanced my patient care. Of these features include the being able to follow the patient journey for overall recall of the conditions being managed and the management decisions along the way. I have no doubt that as I become more familiar with many of the other functions Unite includes, the benefits to our practice and the patients we serve will only increase.
The transition from the previous software to UNITE was smooth and cost effective. Now, we can access both our medical and insurance requirements in one system. Billing and accounting and compliance with various DHA requirements has become very easy. The team from Unite was always ready to support and make numerous adjustments to cater to our individual requirements. I highly recommend this healthcare solution.
I have been using Unite software since 2014. I am very comfortable with this application. Really a boon to EMR. They constantly improvise to the DHA/MOH needs and timely solve any trouble shootings.
